Vibrospec v.2.1

The VibroSpec Tool can be used for predicting a preliminary design random vibration environment for a large variety (in terms of mass, size, location and stiffness) of panel mounted satellite equipment (e.g. electronic boxes).  The tool is based on real spacecraft test measurements which are being processed statistically in the software and is meant for early design phase of a spacecraft programme of which initial configuration of  equipment layouts and  platform structural details are already known. The current version of VibroSpec Tool is not intended for assessing random vibration levels on instruments or on equipment inside an instrument like mirror or focal plane.

Important note: VibroSpec v.2.1 license is based on ESA Software Community License Type 1 - Strong Copyleft with amendments for object code only.
